Top Tier Tuning formed organically in Medicine Hat, Alberta, between two friends who have been tuning snowboards and skis for their family and friends for a combined 15 years. Founders Ben North and Cooper Ryckman have been shredding for a combined 32 years. We know our riders, our conditions, and our mountains—from Hidden Valley to Grouse Mountain on the West Coast.

Starting Top Tier Tuning simply made sense. We've always loved tuning boards and skis because it directly impacts someone's experience on the mountain. Plus, it's incredibly satisfying! Ensuring a board or ski is tuned perfectly to a rider's skill level and the specific mountain conditions can truly give them their best day on the snow. It's a rewarding craft, and we look forward to making your time on the slopes as enjoyable as possible.
